Introduction to Zen Meditation

On Tuesdays from 6:30-7:30pm, Stillpoint is thrilled to welcome Billy Megan for an ongoing Introduction to Zen Meditation. The first 25 minutes will be a guided sit, followed by a 5 minute walking meditation. Then there will be a 25 minute sit which can include question and answer.
Bill has been studying Zen Buddhism for more than 50 years. For the past 30 years, he has led meditations from the zendo at his home in Chilmark.
